Resources
Community organisations, educational material, and independently operated apps for people with POTS.
This is a starting point for learning and connecting. Each organisation and app is responsible for its own information, products, privacy practices, and terms.
Community and education
- Dysautonomia International — regional, online, and virtual support groups for people with dysautonomia and their caregivers.
- Standing Up to POTS — POTS information, advocacy, research, and support resources, including material for school and college.
- PoTS UK — guides about living with PoTS, with material for young people, carers, education, work, and travel.
Apps used in the POTS community
People in the POTS community use a range of apps to log symptoms, keep a record of activity, or set personal device thresholds. The apps below are independent of myPotential. We do not create, operate, review, or endorse them; availability, features, pricing, and privacy practices can change.
- POTSie — a POTS-focused tracking app available for iOS and Android.
- TachyMon — an iPhone and Apple Watch app that lets people set heart-rate thresholds and review recorded events.
- Visible — a symptom and pacing-tracking app. Visible notes that people with POTS use its app, although it is primarily designed for people with Long Covid and ME/CFS.
